David Cox is a founding director of Property Frontiers, specialists
in international real estate investments. His interest in
international real estate markets began whilst studying Emerging
Market Economics at both Bristol and Singapore Universities. He
regularly writes for a range of international real estate magazines
and is a regular speaker at real estate conferences. He lives in
Oxford, England, with his family.
RAY WITHERS
Ray Withers is
also a founding director of Property Frontiers and since graduating
from Warwick University, worked extensively in the city of London
in the area of management consultancy. The majority of his career
though has been dedicated to working with real estate developers in
Eastern Europe, the Middle and Far Eastern markets. Specific focus
has centred on developing investment vehicles to appeal to
international investors. Ray speaks regularly on local radio
and also lives in Oxford, England.
