This is tiger economy territory – home to the
economic beasts of China, Malaysia and Japan. Countries such as
Malaysia and Mongolia already have budding investment markets and
as the restrictions placed on foreign property investment in other
countries ease over the next few years, we can expect their
property markets to power further onto the international
investor's map.
