The awards were judged by an independant panel and focus
predominantly on customer service, transparency and professionalism

International Property Awards 2006-2007
In 2007 Property Frontiers was proud to win two prestigious CNBC
International Property Awards - both for the Bacolet Bay Resort and
Spa in the West Indies. Bacolet Bay was awarded the
Best Development in The Caribbean Award 2007
and Best Developer Website Award 2007.
The Best Development Award was judged on the
following criteria - Location, Appearance and Finish, Design and
Floorplans, Safety and Innovation, Marketing and PR coverage. The
Best Developer Website Award was judged on equally strict criteria
where the structure and operation of the website were both taken
into account.
The International Property Awards are the
longest established International Property awards having now run
for 15 years. Over the years the awards have steadily grown and in
2007 entries were received from 56 different countries making these
the premier awards within the property-related field.
Entries were judged by a panel of
professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry
is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards.
Caribbean World Awards 2007
Caribbean World Magazine’s prestigious property awards are
issued annually and in 2007 Property Frontiers where pleased to win

International Property Investment Specialist of the Year
2007 and our prestigious Grenada development
Bacolet Bay Resort and Spa, as the Spa Development of the
Year 2007.
