International Property Awards 2006-2007
The International Property Awards – the longest established
International Property awards programmes has now been running for
13 years. Over the years the awards have steadily grown and
in 2007 entries were received from 56 different countries making
these the premier awards within the property-related fields.
In 2007 we entered the category of Best Development and Best
Developer Website for our development in the West Indies, Bacolet
Bay.
Both entries involved meticulous compilation of sources. The Best
Development was judged on the following criteria, Location,
Appearance and Finish, Design and Floorplans, Safety and
Innovation, Marketing and PR coverage. The Best Developer Website
was judged on equally strict criteria where the structure and
operation of the website were both taken into account. The best
entries are earmarked with a 4* award and the most outstanding
entries are awarded a 5* award.
In both categories we were hugely successful being awarded 4* for
the Best Development and the highest rating 5* for the Best
Developer Website.
