Association of International Property Professionals
Property Frontiers' won the Best Staff Training
Award at the Association of International Property
Professionals (AIIP) 2008 Awards ceremony.
The AIPP Awards has a strong focus on customer service and are
completely independent. They are judged by two separate panels, one
of industry experts and one of independent professionals, the
latter chaired by the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, Christopher
Hamer.
Hamer said on the judging day, ‘In my view, awards like this
contribute to higher standards of business operation and more
importantly, customer service. They also give firms a target to aim
towards.’
Amongst the only 19 shortlisted companies in total across nine
categories, we are very pleased to have won the Best Staff Training
Award.
Property Frontiers is proud to be a founding member and was heavily
involved in the initial founding committee of the Association of
International Property Professionals (AIPP). Ray Withers, one
of the founding directors of Property Frontiers Ltd still sits on
the board of the AIPP. It is something that we as a company
fundamentally believe in and is what the overseas property industry
as a whole requires.
The AIPP is a non-profit organisation that was set up to improve
standards of professionalism in the overseas property market. In
what is essentially and unregulated market, all members of the AIPP
voluntary agree to be bound by and follow a professional code of
conduct (for more details please click here). The organisation is
there to protect the industry and the public by providing customers
with a complaints process and disciplinary procedure (for more
