 is the only company dedicated to supporting investors in the world’s emerging property markets. We understand how difficult it can be to invest in emerging property markets.

Ray Withers, Director

Ray is co-founding director of Property Frontiers. After studying at the University of Warwick, Ray worked in the City of London before moving into management consultancy. He built up an international property portfolio before co-founding Property Frontiers. Ray is co-author of the UK’s leading guide to overseas property investment, “Where To Buy Property Abroad: An Investor’s Guide” which is published by Crimson. Ray was on the founding committee and is currently a board member of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals)

David Cox (Property Frontiers)

David Cox,           Director

David is also co-founding director and studied Environmental Management and Economic Development to master level in Singapore and Bristol. David worked within the UK Real Estate industry and then in Strategic Management Consultancy. David also was a member of the founding committee of the industry’s regulatory body, the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals). He regularly writes for a range of international real estate magazines and speaks at numerous real estate conferences.

Aidan Rankins

Dr. Aidan Rankin, Economics Analyst

Aidan Rankin is the Economics Analyst at Property Frontiers. He has MA in Modern History from Oxford and PhD in Political Science from the London School of Economics. Aidan was previously co-editor of the European Business review and has lived and studied in South America. He has wide arts and travel interests and is a keen walker.

Dr. Kate McCormack, Operations Manager

After acquiring a PhD in chemistry and a career in analytical chemistry, Kate made a dramatic career change in July 2006 and joined Property Frontiers as accounts administrator. She is now the Operations Manager and is responsible for accounts, operations and HR.

Christopher Chadd, Investment Analyst

After working within the construction industry, Chris studied Real Estate Management before joining the Property Frontiers' Team in early 2007 as a Researcher. Chris is now an Investment Analyst where he works with the team to ensure Property Frontiers maintain thuer position in beinging the best properties for or investors. He regularly contributes to our blog discussing the key trends and issues in International Real Estate markets.

Fiona Frost, Investment Analyst

After over 10 years working within the UK property sector, Fiona joined the Property Frontiers' team in 2006 as Sales Consultant. After quickly becoming one of the company’s top performers, she moving into sourcing in 2009.  In her Investment Analyst role, Fiona combines both her extensive professional and personal experience of property investment in the UK and overseas to ensure that we consistently source the best Eco and Property investments.

 

Marcus Vassiliou, Sub Agent Manager

Marcus was aware of Property Frontiers through his two and a half years of working for the Assossication of International Property Professionals as Property Frontiers is one of its founding members. During his time at the industry trade association, Marcus was responsible for the recruitment of new Member companies and growing the Association through the most difficult economic circumstances in recent history. Marcus brought with him over 5 years experience working within International real estate. 

Katie Bidwell, Client Services Manager

Katie has always had a keen head for business and a particular interest in the management of client relationships. After studying Business Management Katie joined the Persimmon Homes group under their graduate management scheme, Katie progressed to Sales Office Support Manager. After joining Property Frontiers in the Summer of 2009 as After-sales Coordinator Katie was promptly promoted to her current role as Client Services Manager.

Lee Evans, Sales Manager

Lee joined the team as a Sales Consultant after gaining 10 years experience in Sales and Management in European real estate. Previously he studied Business and Finance and has a varied background in the Professional sports world. Lee continues to offer expert training and advice to his colleagues in all parts of their working roles.

The Sales and After Sales team bring a wealth of international investment experience with them. Linguists speaking Russian, Portuguese, Danish, German and Spanish and Property Consultants with over 30 years property investment experience between them are here to help and support you throughout the whole purchasing process.
