Property Frontiers

 is the only company dedicated to supporting investors in the world’s emerging property markets. We understand how difficult it can be to invest in emerging property markets.

Ray Withers

Ray Withers is a founding director of Property Frontiers. After studying engineering at the University of Warwick, Ray worked extensively in the City of London before moving into management consultancy. Whilst working he built up an international property portfolio before co-founding Property Frontiers with David Cox. Ray is co-author of the UK’s leading guide to overseas property investment, “Where To Buy Property Abroad: An Investor’s Guide” which is published annually by Crimson.

David Cox

David Cox is also a founding director of Property Frontiers. After studying Environmental Management and Economic Development to master level in Singapore and Bristol, David worked within the UK Real Estate industry and then in Strategic Management Consultancy, before setting up Property Frontiers with Ray Withers. David also was a member of the founding committee of the industry’s regulatory body, the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals). He regularly writes for a range of international real estate magazines and is an experienced speaker at real estate conferences.

Judi Williams

Judi Williams

Judi Williams has been working for Property Frontiers since 2005 and heads the marketing department.  After studying History at the University of Wales, Judi has spent the last twenty five years working in Public Relations and Marketing consultancy for a wide variety of business to business, FMCG, Fashion, Home and Real Estate companies.

Dr. Kate McCormack

After acquiring a PHD in chemistry and a career in analytical chemistry, Kate McCormack made a dramatic career change in July 2006 and joined Property Frontiers as accounts administrator. She is now the Finance Manager and is responsible for managing the company's accounts.

Christopher Chadd

After working within the construction industry, Chris Chadd studied Real Estate Management at university and joined the Property Frontiers Team in early 2007 as a Researcher. Chris now Project Manager and regularly contributes to our blog discussing the key trends and issues in International Real Estate markets.

The Sales and After Sales team bring a wealth of international investment experience with them.
