 is the only company dedicated to supporting investors in the world’s emerging property markets. We understand how difficult it can be to invest in emerging property markets.

RAY WITHERS

Ray Withers is a founding director of Property Frontiers. He has over 7 years experience in International Property. Prior to working in the sector he was a Management Consultant. Ray is also a board member of the Association of International Property Professionals.www.aipp.org.uk

DAVID COX

David Cox is also a founding director of Property Frontiers. He regularly writes for a range of international real estate magazines and is a regular speaker at real estate conferences. He lives in Oxford, England, with his family.

Benjamin Jefferis

Joined Property Frontiers in 2006 with 4 years previous experience in the property industry. Having worked in both property media and consultancy he now manages the sourcing and business development department. Responsible for Asia, Middle East and South America.

Kate McCormack

Kate McCormack joined Property Frontiers in July 2006 as accounts administrator. She is now the Finance Manager and is responsible for managing the company's accounts.

James Black

James joined the sourcing department having previously sourced both commercial and residential investments in Germany for professional investors. He has worked in the property industry for just under 10 years and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors football team.

Christopher Chadd

After working within the construction industry, Chris studied Real Estate Management at university and joined the Property Frontiers Team in early 2007 as a Researcher. Chris now heads up the research department and contributes a weekly blog discussing the key trends and issues in International Real Estate markets.

Dasha Smolnikova

Dasha Smolnikova joined Property Frontiers in 2006 as HR/Office Manager and now has over 5 years of experience in the HR environment. She is currently working towards her final qualification in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
