As a new member of staff, you are allocated a
mentor who has worked with the company for at least 12 months. This
enables new recruits to adapt more quickly to the Property
Frontiers processes, procedures and culture. It’s a good way of
bringing new recruits up to speed with new projects, through
listening in on meetings with investors, and watching our property
professionals in action.
