Belfast is certainly on an upward trajectory, as evidenced by the rapidly increasing number of cranes which are covering the city’s skyline. Investment in the city is rising. Given Belfast’s ambitions, it is the right time to review the physical development across the city in our inaugural Belfast Crane Survey.
This report provides an in-depth study of the ongoing development activity in Belfast to analyse whether the confidence of city leaders and the feel-good atmosphere in the city is translating into developments on the ground.
