Oliver House opens its doors to Liverpool’s university students
August 30, 2011Article by Ray Withers
Friday 26th August saw the official opening ceremony of Oliver House, the fourth purpose built student accommodation project in Liverpool brought to our clients.
Located on Bold Street, a prime street in central Liverpool virtually next-door to all the shops, restaurants and bars university students could desire, the student pods were, as expected, superbly finished to the highest specifications.
Property Frontiers investment consultants Bertie Cassels, George Houlbrooke and researcher Tumelo Mabongo joined our developer partners and a number of investors to view the finished units and celebrate the impending arrival of higher education students.
The team reported back just how impressed they had been with the entire set-up of the project from start to finish and were excited to tell their clients about the next opportunity available on Duke Street, just minutes away.
As we saw for Oliver House and indeed the subsequent student projects in the area, demand from investors has been overwhelming with the key attractions being the double digit returns (10.03% NET yield) – assured in year 1, the premium location and low entry level at just £48,000.
Sales have been going so well in fact that only 15 units of the total 60, some 25% remain, available so interested buyers should act fast and request their FREE investment report.
