Banking On The Price Of US Land Rising

Some good advice is to buy land because no one’s making any more, according to author Mark Twain.
Two big names that followed that advice were Bob Hope and Donald Trump, who both bought up huge tracts of land for US land banking in California before the cities began to expand.
The technique is called ‘land banking’ and is quite straightforward –
* Identify land in advance of the developers
* Buy low
* Hold until the value increases
* Develop the land or take your profits and sell on to a developer to take the on the hassle and risk of building

The best areas for looking at land banking are directly in the growth path of rapidly developing cities – in Bob Hope and Donald Trump’s case that was Los Angeles.Investing in US land banking, is nothing new and opportunities are still out there.Investors can stand to make a massive 233% profit from a new exclusive US property investment deal.
