Brighton and Hove prove favourite spot for young professional urbanites

Young professionals these days are prepared to demand the very best and new research from Lloyds Bank has shown that these highly skilled, qualified young urbanites are opting for the unified towns of Brighton and Hove as their destination of choice.

The perfect location

Providing easy access to London while nestled on the UK’s south coast, Brighton and Hove enjoys the ideal location for young professionals looking to commute to the capital but live by the sea. The research from Lloyds has found that the BN3 postcode district, which covers Hove, is the top property hotpot for 25 to 44 year olds buying homes in England and Wales. BN1, covering Brighton, took the number five spot.
