Construction timeline released by developer for The Sandford, Belfast

Strategically located close to the River Lagan, between the city centre, the Titanic Quarter and the Belfast Waterfront with its trendy restaurants and bars, The Sandford is one of the most anticipated new residential projects in the city.
Appealing to Belfast’s young professionals and urbanites, the elegantly designed one and two bedroom apartments proved extremely popular when they were released to the market back in 2014 and now construction works are fully underway.
With completion due Q1 2018, our developer partners at The Sandford, Cultra Developments, have released the timeline of works:
