Property Frontiers Named Best Large Agent Multi Country In AIPP Awards 2011
March 28, 2011Article by Ray Withers
Overseas property investment consultancy Property Frontiers has won the prestigious AIPP award Best Large Agent Multi-Country 2011, for the second year running. The award was presented at the A Place in the Sun Live Event last week. According to the event judges Property Frontiers was chosen as the winner because of its level of professionalism and “client-centric attention to detail”.
Company director Ray Withers said:
“We are pleased that our efforts have been recognised in what we see as the most respectable awards in the industry. The judging criteria not only focussed on the quality of our investments we provide but mainly on the customer care and buying experience we offer.
“Historically, our reputation has been built on both pioneering new markets and offering institutional/corporate investment opportunities to individual retail customers and investors. Many of our customers see us as the wealth managers of the overseas property asset class, and I hope this is reflected in our unique stock and the knowledge and professionalism of our staff.
“We have always acted as a regulated, responsible player in an unregulated market and being recognised for this by both the industry association and a large panel of independent judges makes it all worthwhile!”
Judge and presenter of the hugely popular A Place in the Sun show Jonnie Irwin stated “The winner demonstrates a personal, professional and exemplary service across a wide range of countries. Client-centric attention to detail is core to their offering.”
The Association of International Property Professionals has come to be the core standards body for the overseas property industry, the closes thing to a regulator in an unregulated industry. Property Frontiers was one of the leading overseas property agents during the boom, and the fact that it is still one of the leading agents now is a testament to the quality of its research.
In the post crash world, overseas property buyers demand a higher level of knowledge and service from agents. To many agents this was something that they had to learn and change, but Property Frontiers were already offering that level of service. So while other agents had to learn how to market their existing products to this new breed of buyer, Property Frontiers spent the time diversifying their range of products just as savvy investors sought to diversify their investment portfolios. This 1-2 combo is another of the reasons why the firm is being recognised with awards.
