Temple View Is A Capital Letter For Investors!

August 18, 2009Article by Ray Withers

Builders have moved out of one of the most prestigious apartment developments of Mongolian property in the capital Ulan Bataar The Temple View Residence is now complete and ready to welcome buyers and tenants. The Temple View Residence is located in the heart of the city and features the best views of any residential block, taking in the Central Park, Choijin Lama Temple and Bogd Khaan Mountains.

The block is also the first residential building in the city to open up the views with floor to ceiling windows throughout. With both commercial and residential facilities, and large family-styled apartments as most executives like to have offices in their apartments in Ulaan Bataar, The Temple development is expecting huge demand.

As an example, taking a 131square metre apartment, available for investors through Oxford based international real estate consultants Property Frontiers at £91,500. Assuming the property is rented through Mongolian Properties to an international executive, a reasonable rental rate of £1,220 per month is expected.

Demand for properties is expected to come from mining business executives and diplomats.
Mongolia is rich in natural resources awaiting exploitation – like coal, copper, uranium and gold.
The Temple View Residence is also within walking distance of many government buildings and foreign embassies and consulates. Many executives and diplomats work from home rather than offices in Ulan Bataar, which is why the apartments are so generously proportioned.
